Where are you based?

We are a small team based in the South of France.

How can I arrange a meeting?

Although we are based in Europe, we try to visit our clients as often as possible and have regular trips planned throughout the year. How long have you been in business?

Tamarillo was established in 2013 and we have grown quickly to supply over 50 hotels and resorts in the Maldives, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Asia.


Where are your products made?

Our products are carefully sourced from around the world. From small carving teams in Indonesia to silk producers in India and electronics manufacturers in China, we have an extensive team of excellent suppliers to keep costs as low as possible and ensure the best quality available.

What if I don't find the product I'm looking for on your site?

This is our speciality! Designing and producing made to order products which are unique to your brand and can't be found anywhere else is where we can help you. Send us your requirements and we will get back to you soon with ideas, designs and proposals.

How long will it take to produce my product?

Customised orders generally take a minimum of four weeks to produce. If there is any dying or printing of fabric in the production process, this time can be longer. Certain in-stock items can be produced faster depending on availability, but we do recommend ordering as far in advance as you can.

How can I get a sample?

We can organise samples to be sent by courier if you are looking for a specific product. Otherwise, we would be delighted to come and visit you the next time we are in your area to show you a selection of samples from previous projects we have worked on.


Where do your products ship from?

We organise shipments from the UK, USA, China and India. We always try to send directly from the country of origin and group your items whenever possible to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, duties and taxes.

Are shipping costs included in the prices?

Shipping, duties and taxes are not included in the costs of the products. We will always state clearly, either the costs of shipping or that they have not yet been calculated on all quotations.

Can you arrange shipping?

Of course! We arrange all aspects of shipping, from storage in our warehouse to export and import paperwork, certificates of origin, test reports and any other documents which are required. 

Shipments can be sent by courier, air freight or sea freight depending on volume and time frame. We will also group your shipments as much as possible to help keep costs as low as we can.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on your location, the origin of the shipment and the method of shipping. Shipments by courier typically take 3-5 days. Shipments by air freight typically take 5-7 days, and shipment by sea freight can take between 30 and 45 days.
