Our steps

to successful bespoke design

1. Design

Share your ideas, logo and brand assets with us, and we will help bring them to life. Our team prides itself on developing unique designs to complement your branding.

Realistic digital mockups will allow you to picture your finished product, select different options and refine your design before we provide you with a full specification of every aspect of your product.

2. Produce

Pre-production samples ensure you are totally happy with the finished product. Colours, dimensions and quality are all checked meticulously and changes can be implemented before we go into production.

Our hand-picked team of trusted manufacturers ensure your products are made to the highest standards and delivered on time.

3. Reveal

Delight your guests, clients, fans, customers, media contacts and colleagues with unique thoughtful products which will stand out from the crowd.

"Thank you for the partnership this year, and more to come in the future. We appreciate your vision and hard work to deliver the best."

FOUR SEASONS, BUDAPEST

1% for the Planet member

Businesses that join 1% for the Planet commit to giving 1% of gross sales each year to approved environmental partners. In 2022, we joined this initiative and now, proudly donate 1% of our annual revenue to The Coral Planters, a French non-profit charity whose purpose is to develop projects in the field of protection, conservation, preservation and restoration of coral reefs around the world.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We embrace people of all ages, races, ethnicities, abilities, disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientations. Our employees, suppliers and clients are spread across the world and all are treated with individual attention to needs, experiences and opportunities.

When it comes to our employees, our policy is to provide flexible agreements in terms of hours and schedule in order to provide opportunities for those who are in a position of caring for others to balance their responsibilities.

Reusable vs. Disposable

By focusing efforts on producing long-lasting, reusable products rather than single use or disposable ones, we help you create memorable items which your staff can use daily in their jobs, which will remind your clients of you long after your meeting, and which guests will continue to enjoy long after their stay.

Presenting your giveaways in beautiful gift boxes can create a great impression, however, more often than not, the packaging is thrown away. More and more clients are choosing to make the packaging part of the gift, creating reusable bags in natural materials such as cotton or silk, which will not only set you apart from your competition but will also be appealing to the eco-conscious consumers.

Certified Standards

Whenever possible we use materials and production processes which are certified by internationally recognised third party organisations.

The Forest Stewardship Council certified products support responsible forestry, helping keep forests healthy for future generations.
Global Recycled Standard products are made with at least 50% recycled content and meet social, environmental, and chemical requirements.
Organic Content Standard 100 products are made with at least 95% organically grown materials.
This standard guarantees that textile and non-textile product components pose no threat to health.
European standard EN 71 specifies safety requirements for toys. This logo indicates that the goods’ conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, is a product-level compliance regulation that restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products (EEE).

Plastic Free

With more and more properties aiming to be “plastic-free”, we provide options to produce products made from biodegradable or long-lasting materials such as cotton, silk, paper and metal. Items such as insulated stainless steel water bottles can be provided for staff and guests to use throughout their stay, greatly helping to decrease the need for plastic bottles.

Microplastics are also emerging as a serious risk to marine and freshwater environments. These are largely caused by machine washing of synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylon and acrylics. Cotton is the perfect alternative for so many products including t-shirts, polos, caps and hats as well as bags of all descriptions.

Thoughtful Packaging

Reducing the carbon footprint of a shipment is another consideration. Gift boxes can increase the volume of your shipment significantly. Alternative packaging such as branded gift bags require less space and ensure items are packed as efficiently as possible. Not only will this mean your shipment occupies less space on chosen transport methods, but it will potentially lower the freight costs!

We also do our best to make your packaging more sustainable and eco-friendly by lowering the ratio of packaging to product and minimising the use of plastic. We supply almost all of our products in biodegradable PLA bags instead of traditional plastic polybags, and where possible we remove the standard one-piece-per polybag packaging in favour of one polybag per carton (usually required to protect the shipment from water damage).

Finally, when necessary, we ship our products on wooden crates wrapped in biodegradable pallet wrap.

"Thank you for your great support and its positive impact on our business."
